Este artículo estudia la influencia de los problemas religiosos originados por el Cisma de Occidente en las relaciones políticas entre Castilla y Portugal durante las últimas décadas del siglo XIV, haciéndose especial hincapié en sus repercusiones en la guerra por la sucesión en el trono portugués (1383-1385). This article studies the influence of religious question caused by the occident Schism into the political relations between Castile and Portugal during the last decades of XTV century. This study also emphasizes the consequenzes of this schism into the sucession war of Portuguese crown (1383-1385).
