| Descripción: | It would appear, from a review of the literature on trichinosis, that the majority of the experiments, concerning the effects of chemical and physica~ agents on larvae of Trichinella spiralis, have been carried out, in vivo. On the other hand, in vitro studies of this nature have been relatively few in number, and information is therefore rather meagre. Possibly the differences of opinion, among the workers, in this. field, as to the value or such experiments, may account for the dearth of knowledge in this regard. |
