Descripción: Este proyecto es un estudio de prefactibilidad que pretende mostrar como una alternativa de agro negocio para el país la producción de frambuesa (Rubus ideaus), y su respectiva comercialización dentro del mercado local. El proyecto presenta una serie de conocimientos generales que permiten entender más a fondo el cultivo de la frambuesa. Además se muestra un estudio de mercado en el que se puede conocer datos sobre la demanda y oferta de la frambuesa a nivel mundial, igualmente se analiza la demanda y oferta a nivel local realizando una encuesta tanto a consumidores como a productores de la misma.
This project is a pre-investment study that wants to show like an agribusiness’ alternative for the country the raspberry (Rubus ideaus) production and commercialization in the local market. The project presents a lot of general knowledge that permit to understand more about the raspberry growth and cultivation. Also this project has a market study that analyzes the supply and demand of raspberry around the world. In the same study the supply and demand in national market is analyzed by an investigation between consumers and producers of raspberry.
