Descripción: El presente proyecto cuyo objetivo es la “Evaluación a la exposición laboral del dióxido de azufre en un área de generación de energía”, es un estudio que tiene por objeto reconocer, evaluar y controlar posibles riesgos higiénicos que pudiera presentarse debido a la exposición laboral del SO2, que se genera debido a la combustión en el proceso de tratamiento del crudo. Al efectuar la identificación del contaminante realizaremos un reconocimiento del proceso en general, para continuar con la evaluación de la exposición empleando instrumentos de lectura directa, la cual será comparada con valores límites y permitirá conocer si nos encontramos por encima o por debajo de estos valores. Adicional se pretende dar cierto tratamiento estadístico a los datos obtenidos con el fin de obtener la máxima información posible de estos datos obtenidos y así obtener gráficos que permitirán en primer lugar, calcular la probabilidad de que el contaminante exceda el valor límite, lo que permitirá decidir si es necesario realizar o no mediciones periódicas y en segundo lugar nos dará una indicación clara de las desviaciones respecto a los valores límite prefijados. Por último se recomendará si el caso lo amerita, la implantación de medidas para eliminar, reducir o controlar los niveles de concentración y exposición hasta valores no perjudiciales para la salud, estableciendo adicionalmente periodos de vigilancia para tratar de detectar precozmente cualquier daño a la salud de los trabajadores.
The present project whose objective is the "Evaluation to the labor exhibition of the sulfur dioxide in an energy generation area", it is a study that has for object to recognize, to evaluate and to control possible hygienic risks that it could be presented due to the labor exhibition of the SO2 that is generated due to the combustion in the process of treatment of the raw one. When making the identification of the pollutant we will carry out a recognition of the process in general, to continue with the evaluation of the exhibition using instruments of direct reading, which will be compared with values limits and he/she will allow to know if we are for above or below these values. Additional it is sought to give certain statistical treatment to the data obtained with the purpose of obtaining the maximum information possible of these obtained data and this way to obtain graphics that will allow in the first place, to calculate the probability that the pollutant exceeds the value limit, what will allow to decide if it is necessary to carry out or not periodic mensurations and in second place we will give us a clear indication of the deviations regarding the preset values limit. Lastly it will be recommended if the case, gives merit, the installation of measures to eliminate, to reduce or to control the concentration levels and exhibition until non harmful values for the health, settling down additionally periods of surveillance to try to detect any damage precociously to the health of the workers
