El principal objetivo del proyecto de tesis es la elaboración de cuatro grandes reportajes, dirigidos para televisión, radio, prensa e internet, acerca de los nuevos lenguajes comunicativos que se están creando entre jóvenes en las tecnologías de la información y comunicación (TIC’S). Esta idea nació por la necesidad de investigar a profundidad el lenguaje cotidiano que utilizamos, vemos, recibimos y enviamos día a día. Según datos del Instituto Nacional de Estadísticas y Censos (INEC) el 97% de ecuatorianos posee un dispositivo móvil. El acceso a internet es más limitado, pero aún así aproximadamente cuatro millones de personas tienen acceso a este diariamente y otros ocho millones de habitantes lo hacen regularmente. Para el estudio del lenguaje y las nuevas tecnologías de información y comunicación fue necesario aplicar tres aspectos metodológicos importantes: diálogo, observación y documentación. Con esto se propone también conocer un poco más el “argot” (lenguaje abreviado) que actualmente utilizan los jóvenes al comunicarse con otros por medio de celular, chat, facebook y demás comunidades virtuales, lenguaje que ha eliminado ciertas reglas convencionales de escritura. Dentro de los encuestados se pudo definir claramente que el escribir de manera abreviada ha traído consecuencias en la parte escolar, es así que al 70% de estudiantes de secundaria han tenido problemas como la disminución de puntos a la hora de realizar un trabajo o examen en clase. El reportaje realizado pretende evidenciar una realidad social que se está dando con el uso de la tecnología, analizar desde varios aspectos y con varios especialistas este cambio que vive el mundo entero en sus diferentes idiomas y, sobre todo, informar a generaciones adultas estos procesos en las TIC’S. The main objective of this Project is the creation of a newspaper article, and radio, television and internet reports. All of them are talking about “The new languages that are being created among young people in the information and communication technologies.”(TIC’S). This idea started with the necessity to make a deep research of the daily use of the language that we see, receives, and sends. According to the Instituto Nacional de Estadísticas y Censos (INEC) the 97% of Ecuadorians have a mobile dispositive. The internet access is less common, but even so close to four million of people get to it regularly. For the new languages information and communication technologies study it was necessary to use three main methodologies: dialogue, observation and documentation. All of them were used to understand how our language has changed along the history. Besides with these methodologies we are trying to know some of the slangs and short words that are being used by youth in the internet, cell phones and chats. Slang use has eliminated oral treed some grammar rules. Some of the people who were interviewed showed that make these short words part of their normal lives, have created some consequences in their school life. 70% of high school students have had problems with their grades and with some tests or works. The objective of this report is to show how technology use is affecting our normal lives. Besides it’s trying to analyze from different points of view, the changes that our world is suffering on its different languages and most of all to inform the TIC’S process to older generations. |
