El Mandato 08, fue expedido por la Asamblea Constituyente, con el objetivo de eliminar las prácticas precarias de contratación, que habían abusado de los trabajadores, para de esta manera lograr una justicia social. Por tanto varias Instituciones fueron suprimidas del ordenamiento jurídico, con el fin de cumplir el objetivo antes citado, creándose a su vez otras Instituciones que llenarían el vacío legal existente y generarán a su vez condiciones dignas de trabajo. Sin embargo esto sería el emblema bajo el cual se promulgaría el Mandato 08, que fue objeto de un sin número de críticas, por lo que es necesario realizar un análisis objetivo que permita formarnos un criterio.
