El siguiente proyecto de tesis destaca la importancia de rescatar el valor patrimonial de una edificación ubicada en el Centro Histórico de Quito, con el fin de aportar una respuesta innovadora en el campo de la vivienda, además de una solución espacial de vanguardia. Se pretende optimizar los espacios de vivienda, con una adecuada búsqueda en cuanto a funcionalidad y confort; diseñar espacios que nazcan de un concepto y una tendencia, los cuales permitan desarrollar formas, volúmenes y tramas de interés con el fin de buscar el deleite de los diferentes usuarios que habitarán. Al concluir la presente propuesta interiorista, es asertivo indicar que los objetivos fueron alcanzados en su totalidad, logrando satisfacer lo anhelado y permitiendo un desarrollo integro en cuanto a los conocimientos adquiridos en el transcurso de la carrera universitaria. The following thesis project highlights the importance of rescuing the heritage value of a building located in the historic center of Quito, in order to produce an innovative response in the field of housing, in addition to a leading space. The aim is to maximize the area of housing, with an adequate search for functionality and comfort to design spaces that arise from a concept and a trend, which allow the development of forms, volumes and patterns of interest to find the delight of inhabit different users. At the conclusion of this interior proposal is assertive to indicate that the objectives were fully achieved, managing to satisfy the desired and allowing an integrated development in terms of knowledge acquired during the university careers. |
