This paper presents a bibliometric analysis of the articles published in the first 25 issues of the journal Intangible Capital. The number of articles, authors, and published thematic content were analyzed. There are a total of 75 articles published in 7 volumes, with an average of 10.7 articles per volume. The 44.0% of the articles have been written by 1 author, 26.7% by 2 authors and 29.3% by 3 or more authors, with an average of 2.1 signatures per article. The most prolific author was Juan A. Marin-Garcia (6 papers), followed by Antonio Cañabate Carmona, Juan Pablo Zorrilla Salgador, and Carme Martínez-Costa, with 4 papers each one. With respect to the content covered by the investigations, the results reflect a wide variety of topics, highlighting Knowledge management. El trabajo tiene por objetivo determinar el grado de implementación del proceso de gestión de conocimiento en dos grupos de empresas seleccionadas de los estados Carabobo (Venezuela) y Tamaulipas (México). Se llevó a cabo un estudio no experimental, con un diseño transeccional correlacional, en el cual se utilizó como instrumento de recolección de información la encuesta, la cual fue aplicada a ejecutivos del área de recursos humanos o de administración de 16 empresas de la gran industria que formaron parte de una muestra no probabilística. A partir de los resultados obtenidos, se puede afirmar que las diversas actividades del proceso de GC están presentes en las prácticas administrativas de las empresas seleccionadas, siendo leves las diferencias que permiten concluir que las empresas venezolanas analizadas tienen respuestas más homogéneas y desarrollan más actividades de gestión de conocimiento que las mexicanas. |
