Director: Tintin, Romel En la actualidad los constructores buscan una manera de que su trabajo tenga un valor agregado y alguna diferencia con sus competidores, en este documento se intenta demostrar que mediante la domótica o inmótica es posible esto gracias a que sus costos al contrario de lo que se piensa son muy accesibles al mercado actual. Un sistema inmótico o domótico debe incluir: Cableado Estructurado (Voz y Datos), Seguridad, Control de iluminación. Todo esto para que el sistema se pueda comunicar entre si dándole al usuario la comodidad necesaria para que con solo un botón pueda acceder al control de todo. Para el cableado estructurado se ha escogido la categoría 6a la cual es la que más se adapta a este proyecto por las velocidades que puede alcanzar, para datos se ha escogido centralizar cada punto de datos en un rack por oficina, para voz se ha centralizado todos los equipos en el cuarto de equipos junto a guardianía esto debido a que los proveedores de los servicios tienen sus acometidas hasta ese sitio. El control de seguridad e iluminación se integrarán de tal modo que el usuario del edificio no requerirá activar ningún interruptor ya que en los parqueaderos mediante los sensores de movimiento y en las oficinas mediante los sensores magnéticos ubicados en las puertas se encenderán las luces siempre que se requiera a demás en las oficinas se dispondrá de botoneras con las cuales se podrá realizar diferentes escenas lumínicas conforme sea necesario. Todos estos servicios facilitan la vida y el desenvolvimiento del usuario en sus tareas cotidianas, incluso le permiten ahorrar costos de energía y servicios básicos en general a demás la seguridad que brinda este sistema les brinda la tranquilidad para trabajar en sus oficinas sin sentirse vulnerables frente a un robo o un asalto. This document is seeking to prove that through the home automation or domotica, and building automation or inmotica, this is possible due to the facts that the costs, to the contrary to what it is thought, are very accessible to the current market. A building automation or home automation system should include: Structured Wiring (Voice and Data Information), Security and Lighting Control. All this so that the system can communicate between itself, giving the user the necessary confort in order that he can accede to the control of the entire system with only a button. For structured wiring, it has been chosen Category 6a which is the most suited to this project for the speed it can reach; to centralize data, it has been chosen each data point in a rack for office; voice equipment been centralized in the equipments room next to this guardianship, this due to the fact that service providers have their connections to that site. The safety control and lighting will join in such a way that the user of the building will not need to activate any switch, since in the parking lots by means of sensors of movement, and in the offices by means of magnetics placed on the doors, lights will be ignited whenever requiered. Also in the offices keypads will be provided to perform different lighting scenes as needed. All these services facilitate the life and the development of the user in his daily tasks. Also they will allow him to save costs of energy and basic services.
