El cuidado necesita la coordinación de
muchos factores, no siendo una tarea fragmentaria
sino holística. Es muy importante
desde la cultura de la ancianidad, aportar una
humanización de la tecnificación actual. El envejecimiento
con éxito y calidad de vida se consigue
desde el conocimiento de las diferentes condiciones
que rodean al individuo y su contexto, potenciándose
desde el terreno de los cuidados la autoestima,
marcando objetivos y metas que los hagan
vivir con mayor ilusión. Caring in general is not a simple task not a fragmentary concept but a need to coordinate various factors, in fact it is an holistic concept. For the elderly is paramount humanization and modern techniques are combined. Helping to reach aging successfully with a good quality of life means not only coping with elderly health needs but meeting the individual’s best condition in his/her environment, bearing in mind his/her selfesteem, aims and targets are fulfilled. Those human conditions that make their life happy. |
