The reasons for the explanatory remarks should npt be difficult to appreciate since almost all of the proposals put forth in the concluding chapter are as yet in the speculative stage, and, in addition, many of the proposals, to this writer's knowledge, are original. Since so many individuals and organizations are engaged in postwar planning, we may expect there to be some similarity in the various proposals put forth.[...] |
