Descripción: Cloud computing provides on demand computing capacity to individuals and businesses in the form of heterogeneous and autonomous services. Cloud computing denotes the use of computer resources such as hardware and software that are delivered as a service over a network.  It provides hardware, software and networking services to clients by using the Internet for communication and transport. A microcomputer was influential enough to handle a single user’s computing requirements. The similar technology led to the emergence of the traffic signal controller (TSC) at that time. It provides services to clients for contact and transport by using Internet. Based on internet Agent-based traffic management systems, cloud computing provides on demand computing capacity to individuals and businesses in the form of heterogeneous and autonomous services can use the self-sufficiency, mobility, and adaptability of mobile agents in order to deal with dynamic traffic environments. In this paper, by using capable traffic we propose an urban-traffic management system clouds. Agent-Based Distributed and Adaptive Platforms for Transportation Systems are based on urban-traffic management system and both are reasonable and efficient with mobile agent technology. In this paper, we review the history of the development of traffic control and management systems within the evolving computing paradigm and show the state of traffic control and management systems based on mobile multi agent technology.
