Descripción: In this paper multifactor non-linear dependencies of cutting forces from several machining parameters for low density wood of Liriodendron tulipifera Linn., known as Yellow Poplar, and Cordia alliodora Ruiz. & Pav., known as laurel blanco wood or capa prieto, were evaluated from experimental matrices. In the analyzed relations there was evidence for several strong interactions, which have been graphically illustrated and discussed.
