Descripción: Citizen participation in decision making is the core of modern democratic politics. And an important measurement indicator to judge the condition of democracy in a country is to see its citizens’ political freedom degree and right to participate in decision making. In the past few years, the Chinese government has proposed the objective of political civilization and social construction. In order to fulfill this objective, it is necessary to ensure and implement citizens’ right to participate in decision making and to make relevant system construction.
