Descripción: Since the beginning of the development of chemical industry, the experts have estimated, that it has been throw about 1,000,000 new substances to the environmental, those are derivatives of oil. Besides, each year the amount has been increased so the knowledge of their impact on the human health and the ambient are in fact alarms. For that reason new technologies are being development to treatment derivatives of oil. Nowadays the biological treatments are being the best solution because they offers advantages that physicochemical do not have, inside the biological treatment the biofiltration is the best solution, this biotechnology needs microorganisms because those are capable to degrade the derivatives of oil, so that is the importance to isolated bacterium for those pollutants. Actually it has been used the molecular biological techniques to rise up the objectives, but in our country those techniques not are pretty used; the main reasons are the unknowledge about it and the equipment. In the present work was done the isolated of bacterium capable to degrade the derivatives of oil, the molecular techniques were: PCR for the amplication of the ITS region, cloning and sequencing. For the isolated was analyzed sludge of two industries, the analysis of the obtained sequences was done by nucleotide comparison with the NCBI database and were obtained two bacteriums that below at genus of Microbacterium o Aureobacterium, which allowed the control of hydrocarbons.
