Este trabajo de tesis doctoral se articula en tomo a seis capítulos, los tres primeros destinados a la realización del marco teórico. En el cuarto capítulo, se presenta el diseño y desarrollo seguido en la investigación, se plantea la hipótesis, los objetivos y se hace una descripción del método, junto a los instrumentos de recogida de datos y los diferentes análisis efectuados para el tratamiento de los mismos. El objetivo principal de este trabajo es crear y validar un instrumento que sirva de referencia para la evaluación y gestión de la convivencia escolar. Partiendo de esta idea se ha realizado una adaptación del Modelo EFQM al ámbito de la convivencia escolar, aplicando el instrumento a una muestra de 46 centros de Educación Secundaria de Andalucía. En el capítulo quinto se presenta los resultados obtenidos y en el último capítulo se plantean las conclusiones, limitaciones y sugerencias del estudio. This doctoral thesis is divided into six chapters, the frrst three for the realization of the theoretical framework. In the fourth chapter, we present the design and development followed in the investigation, it is hypothesized, objectives and a description of the method, along with the data collection instruments and the various analyzes carried out to treat them . The main objective of this work is to develop and validate an instrument to serve as references for the evaluation and management of school life. Based on this idea has been adapted from the EFQM model to the area of schoollife, applying the instrument toa sample of 46 secondary schools in Andalusia. In the fifth chapter presents the results and in the last chapter raises the findings, study limitations and suggestions. |
