| Descripción: | ABSTRACTThe aim of this paper is to define the concept of “subsidiarity” from the view of European Union and Council of Europe of Local Self-Government and to interpret implications of this concept in urban planning practices in Turkey. In this context, the implementation problems rose from articles of Turkish Constitution (Art: 127) and the Development Law (Numbered 3194/ Arts: 8-9) are discussed regarding the concept of “subsidiarity”. |
