| Descripción: | The aim of this paper is to propose a conceptual model describing an integrated model for knowledge management and Empowerment of administrative on organizational trust. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed to collect the data. It was distributed to a sample of employee banks. The results of this study clearly show that three of the selected factors (knowledge capture, knowledge sharing and knowledge creation) have positive relationship that increases the organization trust. The sample of the study 119 employee divided into four Jordanian banks. Keywords: Knowledge management, Organizational trust, Empowerment of administrative. |
