Descripción: The study is aimed at establishing suitable correlations amongst the variables of Emotional Labor. The study is fundamental and was conducted as a prelude to a major research work by considering a sample of 50 employees working in the services sector. The study reveals that there exists a positive and a strong correlation between the variables of Carry Home – Anger& Excitement; Emotional Variety – Emotional Suppression and Emotional Privacy – Positive Emotions. These variables act as the sub-variables of the major variable “Emotional Labor” and have the ability to create a greater impact on the psychological processes experienced by the employees in their respective workplaces.
