Descripción: The current study defines the effect of services provided by the insurers and its role in building customer attitude. Every business these days of cut throat competition need to focus on their customer to maintain themselves in the market. Moreover their competence depends more on the attribute that how they treat their customers their needs, demands and attitudes. The current study is conducted in the city of Lucknow – India concerning about 150 respondents all of which are the insurance customers. This study tries to analyze the attitudes of the customers regarding the services especially after sale services provided by their insurers and also tries to give results accordingly.
