Descripción: The focus of our research is the development of a security module for BlobSeer, a data management system, which will offer complex functionality, including client authentication, authorization and also malicious client detection. The main challenge is represented by the fact that BlobSeer has no authentication mechanism or any way to distinguish the users. Each client accesses the information in the same way. We propose a security system that will contain two modules, whose purpose is to distinguish the users based on their activity history and to punish or reward them accordingly.
