El presente trabajo de titulación anhela conocer el perfil filosófico del estudiante universitario en la realidad contemporánea y recobrar el pensamiento moralista que actualmente tiende a dispersarse. Se considerarán varios aspectos sociales adquiridos por el estudiante y el docente sobre lo bueno y lo malo de las cosas y su posible praxis en el ámbito académico y profesional. Se analizará el ambiente valorativo de los estudiantes universitarios para poder instaurar una normativa jurídica que regule el razonamiento moral y social del abogado posmodernista. Por otro lado, se busca comprender que el amor a la sabiduría emerge de la mentalidad racionalista griega que también desarrolló percepciones sobre la concepción de la sociedad en coexistencia con la naturaleza y el eterno espíritu creador de todas las cosas, ahí surgen planteamientos filosóficos y sociales que preceden a la búsqueda del umbral ético inherente a cada individuo y a la sociedad le corresponde salvaguardarlo. A lo largo del tiempo han surgido corrientes anti-éticas, especialmente en los centros universitarios o en el núcleo de la sociedad, por ello es necesario que exista un estatuto moralista enfocado en la problemática universitaria que día a día confunde la libertad y la justicia con el libertinaje y la inequidad, porque no se cuenta con un cuerpo normativo ideal que guíe a los docentes y a los estudiantes universitarios. El alma mater debe consolidarse en el corazón de los ecuatorianos como templo de sabiduría y poseer tolerancia o determinación frente al futuro ambiente laboral, entre tanto el trabajo de titulación buscará alternativas con praxis filosófica que conlleven a rescatar los valores adyacentes a cada alumno universitario y se buscará instaurar un cuerpo normativo aplicable conjuntamente con el reglamento interno de la Universidad de las Américas. This work wants to know the philosophical profile of college student in the contemporary reality and almost recover the moralist thought that nowadays tends to disperse. In it, are considered social aspects acquired by the law student and teacher about the good and bad things and their possible in the academic and professional area. On the other hand, it seeks to understand that love to wisdom emerges of the rationalist Greek mentality, that also developed a special way of conceiving the world and society in coexistence with nature and eternal creative spirit of all things, there arise philosophical and social approaches that precede the search of the ethical threshold inherent in every individual and the community needs to safeguard it. Throughout the time anti-ethical currents have arisen, especially in the university centers or in the nucleus of society, for it is necessary that there exists a moral statute focused on university problematic that day after day confuses freedom and justice with the libertinism and the inequity, because does not exist a normative ideal body that it should guide the teachers and the university students. The alma mater should be consolidated in the heart of Ecuadorian people as a temple of wisdom and have tolerance or determination to root them every day of the life and not retard into the background, this graduation work search for alternative with philosophical praxis that leads to the development of legal values adjacent to each student, not only is predominantly but will be part of the experiences above earthly and suddenly, propose that become part of the internal regulations of the Universidad de las Américas. |
