Descripción: A stewardship program has been established for clinicians who have an interest in extending their expertise in research processes and facilitation of practice development. This scheme offers mentorship and guidance from staff in the unit and the opportunity to be part of a research team. Stewardees are expected to engage in research and practice development activities including literature reviews, ethics applications, running focus groups and interviews, analysing data, writing research reports and writing for publication.
