Descripción: Coal mining in Coahuila, has not been able to knock down historical mortal catastrophe in this region. In spite of the fact that this northern section of the Mexican Republic, contributes with an important percentage of raw material for the national electric service and the country’s industrialization, context, information and conditions under which miners die, not only reflecting but scorn and carelessness for all of those who produce this wealth, extracted by one of the most risky activity registered in Mexican economy.Industrial Minera México, owned by the third richest man in Mexico, Germán Larrea Mota Velasco, has systematically lied, except regarding his profits amount at the Stock Market. Conditions under which labor union and contracted workers were held, contrast shamefully with profit and output rush, before the Labor Department (Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social).Regarding this case, the difference is established by the families: fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters, sons and daughters, miners’ wives organized under The Pasta de Concho Family. They have started and maintained, with their allies, a three year fight, answering each and every one of the Minera México lies, postulated as a socially irresponsible enterprise, showing time and time again, at diverse forums and before different authorities, the reason for this demand and the search for justice.Inclusive technically, they have shown single goal feasibility: the urgent rescue, of their dearest’s mortal remains. Something as simple as the fact that there is no methane gas because there is no coal extraction, but at the same time, very important to the enterprise and the State, because they know that bones will speak for themselves through DNA and forensic exams.The disaster occurred at Pasta de Conchos is paradigmatic, regarding the coal workers and their families’ labor human right violation. It is another mineable case, where investments, equipment renovation, advantageous eagerness, and the huge dealer’s capital, contrast and are fatefully divorced from the necessary care regarding workers security, their labor stability submitted to hiring, and their families abandon when tragic results take place. It is a paradigm of institutions weakening responsible for the workers defense and welfare: Ministry of Labor and Welfare, (STPS) Social Security Institute, (IMSS) Department of Justice and Attorney General, (PGR) even the miners union. 
La minería del carbón en Coahuila, no ha logrado abatir la siniestralidad mortal, ya histórica en la región. No obstante que esa zona del norte de México, contribuye con un porcentaje importante de materia prima para el servicio eléctrico nacional y para la industrialización del país, el contexto, los datos, las condiciones en que se da la muerte de los mineros, no refleja sino desdén y descuido hacia quienes producen esa riqueza, extraída en una actividad de la más riesgosas que registra la economía mexicana.Industrial Minera México, del tercer hombre más rico de México, Germán Larrea Mota Velasco, ha mentido de manera sistemática excepto en la cuantificación de sus ganancias ante la Bolsa de Valores. Contrastan escandalosamente las condiciones en que tenían a sindicalizados y subcontratados, con la danza de utilidades y rendimientos, ante la complacencia de la Secretaría de Trabajo y Previsión Social.En el caso, la diferencia la hacen las familias: los papás, las mamás, hermanos, hermanas, hijos e hijas, las esposas de los mineros, organizados en La Familia Pasta de Conchos. Han levantado y sostenido, con sus aliados, una lucha de tres años, contestando cada una de las mentiras de MineraMéxico, postulándola como empresa socialmente irresponsable, demostrando una y otra vez, en diferentes foros y ante diferentes autoridades, la razón de su demanda y la búsqueda de justicia. Incluso técnicamente, han demostrado la viabilidad de su único objetivo: el rescate ya, de los restos de sus seres queridos. Algo tan sencillo como que no hay gas metano porque no hay extracción de carbón, pero a la vez tan caro para la empresa y el Estado, porque saben que lo huesos hablarán a través del ADN y del estudio forense.El siniestro ocurrido en Pasta de Conchos es paradigmático, en cuanto a la violación de los derechos humanos laborales de los trabajadores mineros del carbón y sus familias. Es un caso más de la minería, donde contrastan las inversiones, la renovación en equipo, el afán productivista, y el gran capital del concesionario, divorciados fatídicamente, del cuidado por la seguridad de los trabajadores, su estabilidad laboral sometida al contratismo, y el desamparo en que quedan las familias cuando hay desenlaces trágicos.Es paradigma del desgaste de las instituciones encargadas de la defensa y bienestar del trabajador: la inspección de la Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social (STPS), el Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS), la Procuraduría General de la República (PGR) y hasta el mismo sindicato minero.
