| Descripción: | Information systems implementation has been a challenging issue in the current dynamic business world especially with respect to Ports and its subsidiaries like Container Freight Station (CFS). Many stakeholders like suppliers, shipping lines, Government agencies, Clearing agents and importers are involved in the supply chain and each procedures/process need to be coordinated well and meet global standard. The general objective of this research seeks to determine the factors affecting effective implementation of Container Freight Station Management Information System at Interpel CFS. The researcher reviewed existing literatures, come up with a conceptual framework, findings, Conclusions and recommendations.
