Descripción: this study aims to analyze a significant and vital topic in all over the world which is E-commerce this study dealt with consumer trends to use e-commerce techniques in Jordan. The research study tests the opportunities and risks that lie ahead. Through which reader will be able to identify the technological, business, and social forces that have shaped the first era of e-commerce and extend that understanding into the years ahead.. Data collected from a random population sample (n=177) Identify the unique features of e-commerce technology and discuss their business significance. This study findings show the significant factors which play a major role in the growing importance of e-commerce such as high quality, competitive prices and access to it from all over the world. In this paper, researchers present and discuss these findings, and identify the criteria that must be taken into account such as product quality, providing security and protection elements for e-payment operations.
